General Information and Venue Pricing

Day of ceremony rentals begin at 10am and the rental ends at 10pm. A 2hr rehearsal time can be scheduled before the day of the event, for events scheduled Friday-Sunday.
We request a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining of the rental fee due a month before the even, or in scheduled increments before your event date.
We do not provide Catering, outside food and drink are welcome.

Legal Info

Renters must contact their homeowners insurance and provide special event rider insurance certificate for the day, proof of this must be submitted with final payment a month before the event. An alcohol liability add-on will be required if Alcohol is to be served. Renters must also provide an OLCC licensed bartender in which to serve alcohol, and we only allow Wine, beer, and cider on premises.
